Fonte imediata de aquisição
The HSIMS Photograph collection was acquired from Eugene Ryan, one of the original people who worked on the anniversary display and still works with HSIMS.
Organização
When the HSIMS Photograph collection arrived at the Founders’ Archive, it was still set up as a visual display. Photographs, charts, diagrams, and other visual material were still mounted on mats, and framed in large glass and metal display frames. Each frame had a heading attached to it as part of the larger display and these headings form the series descriptors for this collection. All photographs and other matters were removed from the mats and frames and placed in archival quality storage materials.
