The fonds consists of a logbook of the company with an introduction by the Chaplain, Rev. R.S. Sheppard and a record book, 1953-1968. The logbook begins March 26, 1943 and contains a detailed account of the activities of the company. On p.2 there are 8 photographs of a camp held in 1944. The final meeting recorded in the logbook was held in February, 1966. The record book contains the names of the Guides enrolled and an account of their badges etc. Instructions and advice for guides, written by Commissioner Mrs. Sullivan, is included at the back of the book.

Fonds consist of records relating to the functional bodies of the Charge which include various boards, committees, organizations and groups. Included are vital statistics, membership information, minutes, financial records and publications; The records are arranged in the following series: 1.0: Baptism, marriage, and burial registers (1892-1974); 2.0 Membership records (1892-1954); 3.0: Funds/congregational financial records (1933-1968); and 4.0 Annual reports (1991-1995).

Fonds consists of records pertaining to the Englee Pastoral Charge which includes Englee, Flower's Cove, Main Brook, Pigeon Cove and Roddickton. The records relate to the activities of the Charge and its functional bodies which included Sunday School services, Women's Association activities, Financial Management of the pastoral charge and the pastoral charge vital statistics. The majority of the records are in the form of minutes, reports, financial statements and registers.

The material consists of programmes, flyers, newspaper clippings, lists and photographs relating to the activities of Donald Wetmore with the YMCA in St. John's from 1942 to 1945. There is also a speech and rough notes dating from about 1950, when he spoke in honour of Don Jamieson, reflecting on their work together in the war years, as well as a photograph from 1959 showing him with Jamieson in the CJON television studio. The material is arranged in two series according to format. Correspondence relating to the collection and extracts from Donald Wetmore fonds, held at the Provincial Archives of Nova Scotia, are filed as an appendix to the fonds.

Included are vital statistics, membership information, dedication booklets, minutes, and reports. The fonds consists of records which document the work and activities of Cochrane Street United Church congregation, its boards and committees and its organizations, with the records starting in 1882.

The records consist of the administrative records of the congregation which include the Quarterly Official Board, the Boards of Session and Stewards, their committees, both standing and ad hoc, and the Board of Management starting in 1987, and its committees. The fonds also includes financial records, comprising of financial statements and reports as well as some audited reports. Also included are vital statistic records dating from the independence of the congregation in 1890 and membership records dating from 1916. Annual reports, many of which were published, are included. Women's and men's groups, youth groups, and Sunday School records are also a part of this fonds.
